William "Will" G. Pitts
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Will is the founder of WGPITTS and led the construction of in excess of 150 projects which include office parks, shopping centers, industrial buildings, condominiums, estate homes, golf club houses and parks for well-respected names in the industry.
Was elected Vice Chairman of the Associated General Contractors of Florida (2006-2008). Was named as a 2002 Top 40 Executives Under 40 in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
Under his leadership, WG Pitts was ranked as the Number 1 Fastest Growing Company in Northeast Florida in 2000 by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
WG Pitts was also ranked as the 6th Fastest Growing Company in the State of Florida in 2001 by the University of Florida College of Business and ranked 9th in the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Jacksonville, Florida in 2003.
Will is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and holds a Florida Certified General Contractor (unlimited).
R. Thomas "Tom" Bright
EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
R. Thomas “Tom” Bright has been in senior level leadership for over 25 years and joined WGPITTS in 2011 and a principal and senor executive.
Tom served in the United States Marine Corps achieving the rank of Colonel where he served as the Director of the Joint Operations Center (JOC), US Central Command, Tampa, Florida, under the Combatant Command of General Tommy Franks.
Tom served as Chief of Staff, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia, leading and managing more than 900 civilian employees and coordinating the activities of nearly 100 tenant organizations to operate a city-like facility across 65,000 acres with a $60M annual budget.
After retiring from the Marine Corps, Tom led thirteen dispersed construction project management teams constructing independent, city-like, self-sufficient and self-sustaining Iraqi and Afghan bases in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Tom is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute (“VMI”)with a BSCE/Civil Engineering and of the Marine Corp University with a Masters in Strategic Studies.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PUERTO RICO
Giovanni serves as the Senior Executive Caribbean Operation and leads the program primarily focused on identifying and executing new business opportunities in Puerto Rico. Additionally Giovanni will be assisting at the corporate level in brand development and creation of a corporate marketing strategy. Giovanni brings a wealth of enthusiasm, strategic thinking, corporate leadership and coaching and business experience to WGPITTS.
Giovanni Feroce began cultivating his diverse leadership skills through politics and the military. He graduated with a BA from the University of Rhode Island, the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Advanced Management Program; and from the United States John F Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School’s Civil Affairs Officer Advance Course.
Giovanni is a retired US Army field grade officer, he is an Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom combat veteran and was at one time a Ground Operations Officer and Interagency Operations Officer at the US Central Command. He was the first Liaison ever from USCENTCOM to the US Government for all six core agencies, CIA, FBI, DEA, Dept of Homeland Security, Dept of State and the Dept of the Treasury.
His latest corporate accomplishment was with Alex and Ani where he served as CEO/CMO. During his time at the company, Alex and Ani saw hyper growth increasing sales from $2.2 M to over $350M in a 48-month period and an overall enterprise value of well over U.S. $1 billion. He has leveraged his extensive experience assisting many other brands in the last few years.

Greg G. Evans
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Greg Evans brings over 25 years of senior executive experience to WGPITTS as the Director of Construction and Development. At his latest position, Greg was the CEO and founder, in 1996, of Aslan Ventures which successfully developed and/or acquired in excess of 3000 multi-family apartment units.
Greg operated Aslan until joining WGPITTS. Aslan specialized in the development of low- and moderate-income multi-family housing. Aslan managed all aspects of the project development process which includes: Site selection, securing of tax credits, syndication of tax credits, proforma creation, construction and permanent financing, construction management, place in service requirements and stabilization to meet permanent financing thresh holds. Greg has developed over three thousand units in this field and was named the twelfth largest tax credit developer in the country by Affordable Housing magazine for three years.
Additionally, Greg created market rate division in 2004 to take advantage of the availability of underutilized multi-family assets in the southern region of the United States and purchased large multi-family communities in need of a repositioning. Where he purchased and renovated approximately three thousand t wo hundred units in Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia and Texas over 4 years. On the property side, Greg advanced a number of high end condominiums and resort style communities where he managed the site selection, development and construction financing, construction management, HOA and condo associations.
Greg is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Construction Management. After college Greg spent five years at The Haskell Company working his way up to the position of Project Manager.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jorge Suazo serves as the Director of Business Development for WGPITTS. Jorge brings over 25 years of real estate brokerage and development experience to WGPITTTS. Jorge was previously the Principal Broker, at KW (Keller Williams) Commercial Atlantic Partners in Jacksonville, Florida. where he was responsible for the recruiting, training and retention of 10 commercial real estate agents specializing in acquisition and sales of multifamily, retail, office, warehouse, light industrial, land, specialty purpose type properties and commercial leasing services.
Jorge served as Vice President of the Real Estate Division of UNETA, Inc., a tri-state network of over 300 Real Estate and Mortgage Professionals, and worked directly with the CEO to help UNETA, Inc. get recognized as the 152nd fastest growing privately owned companies in the United States per INC 500 MAGAZINE in 2006.
Jorge previously served as Partner of Dickinson Commercial Brokerage Services and Director of Commercial Acquisitions at Sawgrass Partners, Inc. in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida through 2015. In 2016 and 2017, Jorge was President of Just Multifamily, LLC Brokerage Services in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Jorge is experienced in office, retail, warehouse, industrial, multifamily apartment communities, land, specialty purpose properties such as schools, churches, auto related facilities, condominium development, and commercial property management. Jorge has completed the CCIM curriculum and is now preparing for the final examination. Jorge's motto is to "Synergize, Strategize, and Synchronize" with like-kind, win-win "minded and hearted" people whose value system follow God, Family, and then Business, in that order.
Jorge earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration in 1987 from the University of North Florida with major studies in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics where he served as co-founding member of the men’s tennis team.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Todd has over 25 years experience in the real estate development and general contracting industry. He spent 14 years managing real estate development projects for Centex Homes NE Florida Division and in south Florida with the Ginn Company.
At WGPITTS todd has overall responsibility for commercial and land development projects under construction to ensure that the project is built on time, within budget, and the finished project is of high quality.
Accountable for planning, directing and coordinating construction projects on a profitable basis with a constant awareness for cost, quality and timely completion.
Visits with clients, prepares presentation and proposals, develops comprehensive schedules, reviews and approves invoices, and implements quality control procedures
Manage the activities of all members of the Project Team as they are involved in the project, including the owner’s representative, design team, end users, accounting staff, and administrative staff
Review status reports prepared by project personnel and jointly modify schedules or plans as required.
Prepare and review project reports for presentation
Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
Todd is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and holds a Florida Certified General Contractor (unlimited).
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT / PROJECT MANAGER
Terry’s experience spans an 18-year period with the WG Pitts as a superintendent, QC and safety manager, and project manager. Terry’s leadership abilities and dedication to safety, quality and detail have made him an asset to the WG Pitts team. Terry also has certification in OSHA and Technical Shoring.

Our Team-Built Approach™
The Team-Built Approach™ derives from WGPITTS's core value of Service to the client. Team-Built Approach™ is a method of project delivery that has its foundation in collaboration, efficiency and “best value” to the client. Utilizing the Team-Built Approach™, WGPITTS works closely with the project team during each phase of the design process (i.e. schematics, design development and construction documents) to provide estimates, value engineering ideas and identification of long lead time Items that may throw a project off schedule.
WGPITTS works closely with the project team to understand the project goals, design intent, desired results and budget. WGPITTS will use historical cost data and distribute the design drawings to vendors and subcontractors in the preparation of the project estimates. This process inherently produces a constructability review and also helps in the identification of long lead time items. Once each estimate is created, it is assembled in a presentation format along with the estimate assumptions and distributed to the project team.

WG Pitts Company installed this magnificent stair tower aviarium design for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville.

Volunteer opportunities include assisting families and staff at the House, caring for families in the Ronald McDonald Family Room® at Wolfson Children’s Hospital and joining us at our annual special events. Mothers for TBI Hope
WG Pitts Company employee Tracy Porter is the founder of the statewide charitable organization Mothers for TBI Hope. She began this work in 2005 following her son's traumatic brain injury. The organization raises funds to distribute tote bags filled with personal comfort items, useful tools, information, and resources that a family member would need to help them through the very difficult first few days following a loved one’s Traumatic Brain Injury. The totes include a 24/7 family hope line that helps guide families through this very emotional time by connecting them with people who have had a similar experience. The totes were provided through all 28 Level 1, 2 and Pediatric Trauma Centers in Florida and over the course of 10 years provided more than 11,000 totes of comfort and hope.

Thank you to the sponsors who made our 2015 1st Annual "Reel in the Cure" event such a success. Proceeds were donated to Pink up the Pace, a local St. Augustine charity that assists the underinsured with the early detection of breast cancer.
Mardi Gras McGala
WG Pitts Architecture and Graphics Team donates the invitation design, and the design and construction of a uniquely themed bourbon bar, for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville's Mardi Gras McGala Event. 500 supporters and community patrons celebrated the mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities in “Big Easy” style at the 2016 Mardi Gras McGALA. The evening included a delicious dinner, live entertainment by The Band Be Easy, a fabulous silent auction, dancing, and a heartfelt program highlighting the families served, and the programs and services provided by RMHC of Jacksonville.

WG Pitts and DR Horton led the team of their many vendors & subcontractors in donating construction services and all material and labor to provide the Children's Center at the Sulzbacher Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
